Design concept. A sample commercial cleaning website by NextLevel Web Design.

A long medical centre corridor with dull VCT tile, black heel marks and yellowed build-up, caution signs at both endsThe same corridor being stripped: a floor machine with a black pad on the wet floor, an auto scrubber picking up the slurry behind itThe same corridor finished to a mirror gloss, a high-speed burnisher on the dry floor

Services · floors

Every service, shown start to finish.

Dull lanes, black marks, yellow edges — old finish wears off where people walk.

Floors · the work

Stripped back to the tile.

Stripper, a slow-speed machine and an auto scrubber. Rinsed and neutralised, then four to six thin coats of finish.

Floors · the result

From dull to mirror in one night.

Burnished on a clean, dry floor so the lights reflect like water.

An upscale office restroom under a UV flashlight: marker gel glowing on the faucet handles, flush lever, door handle and soap dispenserThe same restroom being cleaned: a sink wiped with a yellow cloth and a fine disinfectant mist from an electrostatic sprayer over the stallsThe same restroom checked again under UV: nothing glows, mirror clear, dispensers full, floor dry

Restrooms · the problem

Nobody writes to say the restroom was fine.

Supervisors dot hidden marker gel on the touch points. Under UV light, anything missed glows.

Restrooms · the work

Top to bottom. Clean to dirty.

Restocked first. Disinfectant left wet for its full contact time. Colour-coded cloths so the toilet cloth never touches a sink.

Restrooms · the result

Clean you can prove.

Same light, nothing glows. Dry floor, clear mirror, full dispensers.

An upscale office break room at the end of the day: sticky table, full bin, cups in the sink and a smeared fridge doorA uniformed day porter at 2 pm restocking paper towels and wiping the table with a green clothThe same break room spotless: table and counters dry, chairs in, sink empty

Day porter · the problem

Clean at 7am. A mess by lunch.

Break rooms, lobbies and restrooms take a beating during the day.

Day porter · the work

Someone on site while you work.

Restroom checks twice a day, glass and entrances spot-cleaned, spills dealt with straight away, supplies restocked.

Day porter · the result

Right at 2pm, not just at 7am.

A newly built upscale medical suite covered in drywall dust, film on the glass, tape on the floor and packaging piled upThe crew peeling film off the reception glass and high-dusting a ceiling vent on an extension poleThe same suite move-in ready: clear glass, polished floor, chairs in straight rows

Post-construction · the problem

The builders are gone. The dust isn't.

Fine drywall dust on every surface, film on the glass, paint on the windows.

Post-construction · the work

Rough clean, final clean, touch-up.

HEPA vacuums for the dust, scrapers for the glass, poles for the vents and lights.

Post-construction · the result

Handed over on time. Move-in ready.

Questions

Straight answers.

Are your crews insured and background-checked?

Yes. General liability and workers' comp, a janitorial bond, and every cleaner is background-checked, uniformed and wears a photo ID badge. Certificate of insurance on request.

Will it be the same people every night?

Yes. The same crew and the same supervisor look after your building, so they learn it and you learn them.

Who do I call if something is missed?

Your supervisor, by name. Missed something? We're back within 24 hours.

How do you handle our keys and alarm codes?

Keys are logged in and out, and every cleaner has their own alarm code, so you always know who came in and when.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No long lock-in. Start with a free walkthrough and a written checklist for your building.

How quickly can you start?

Usually within a week of the walkthrough. Switching is easy — we handle the changeover.
