Services

Every pest, shown start to finish.

Scroll through each one: the problem, the tech doing the work, and the result.

A luxury garage cut open: a huge termite colony under the slab, mud tubes all over the block wall, the door frame eaten through and a swarm at the lightA technician injecting termiticide through drilled holes in the garage slab, the treated soil spreading toward the colonyThe same garage fixed: the colony gone, the slab holes plugged, the door frame rebuilt

Termites · the problem

Wings by the door. Mud on the wall.

Subterranean termites come up through the slab joint and climb the block to the wood inside.

Termites · the work

Treated right where they come in.

Small holes drilled through the slab about a foot apart, termiticide injected into the soil underneath, then plugged and patched.

Termites · the result

A protected foundation.

Stations in the soil, treated soil under the slab, checked on every visit and backed by a renewable termite warranty.

A restored wood-frame Florida home opened up to show termite galleries in the sill plate, studs and floor joists

Block home or wood frame

We know where to look.

In a block home the damage is in the wood inside. In a wood-frame home it starts at the sill plate and floor joists. Either way, we find it.

A new luxury Florida home with the wall cut open to show perforated pest tubes running through the studs to a locked port box outsideA technician treating through the outside port box while the treatment travels through the tubes inside the wall

New construction

Pest tubes built into the walls.

Many new Florida homes have tubes inside the walls with a locked port outside. We treat inside the walls without stepping indoors.

Tubes in the wall · the work

Treated from the outside, while you're out.

We connect at the port and the treatment travels through every wall. Nothing to move, nobody needs to be home.

A luxury living room cut open: an antique cabinet and the door trim riddled with drywood termite galleries, pellets piled on the marble floorA technician drilling and injecting a spot treatment into the termite galleries in the cabinetThe same cabinet and door trim restored and spotless

Drywood termites · the problem

Little piles of "sand" under the furniture?

Those are drywood termite pellets. They live inside the wood itself — furniture, trim, doors — with no contact with the soil.

Drywood termites · the work

Treated right inside the wood.

For a small infestation we drill tiny holes and inject the galleries directly. No tent needed.

Drywood termites · the result

Saved, not replaced.

A luxury Florida home fully covered in striped fumigation tarps held down by sand snakesThe family walking back into the same home after fumigation

Drywood termites

Drywood in the attic? We tent, test the air, and hand it back.

The whole house is sealed under tarps. Every drywood colony inside is killed in one treatment.

Drywood termites · done

Air tested clear before you go back in.

A luxury home cut open: rats squeezing in around the AC pipes and climbing the wall cavity to the pantryA technician packing stainless steel mesh around the AC pipes, a locked bait station beside himThe AC pipe gap sealed, the pantry repaired and clean, a locked bait station against the wall

Roof rats · the problem

Droppings in the pantry.

Rats squeeze in around the AC pipes, climb the wall and chew into the pantry.

Roof rats · the work

Every way in, found and closed.

Stainless mesh and sealant in every gap. Never foam alone — they chew straight through it.

Roof rats · the result

Sealed, not just trapped.

Locked bait stations outside, follow-up checks until it's quiet.

A white and navy Florida kitchen with the wall cut open to show a ghost ant nest and a trail of ants across the graniteA technician placing dots of ant gel bait along the trail inside the cabinetThe same kitchen with the wall cavity and cabinets clean

Ants & roaches · the problem

A trail on the granite. A nest in the wall.

Ghost ants come in through gaps you can't see and nest in the warm wall void.

Ants & roaches · the work

Baits where they live, not sprays where you eat.

Pea-size dots of gel bait in hinge corners and voids. Nothing sprayed on counters.

Ants & roaches · the result

The colony is gone, not just the ants you can see.

A luxury Florida back yard with brown chinch-bug patches spreading across the lawn beside the pool lanaiA technician with a backpack mist blower treating under the shady shrubsThe same back yard weeks later with a thick green lawn and the family by the pool

Mosquito & lawn · the problem

Bitten on the lanai. Brown patches in the grass.

Mosquitoes rest in the shady shrubs. Chinch bugs kill St. Augustine from the sunny edges in.

Mosquito & lawn · the work

Treated where they sit, not where they fly.

A fine mist under the shrubs and leaves, standing water tipped out, the lawn checked and treated.

Mosquito & lawn · the result

The back yard is yours again.

A luxury Florida front lawn with a kids swing set, dotted with fire ant moundsA technician pushing a spreader across the lawn, scattering fire ant baitTwo children playing on the swing set and slide on a thick, mound-free lawn

Fire ants · the problem

Mounds by the swing set.

Fire ants build in sunny lawns, right where the kids play, and the stings blister.

Fire ants · the work

Bait the whole yard, not just the mound.

Bait spread across the lawn is carried down to the queen, and every mound gets its own treatment.

Fire ants · the result

Barefoot again.

An inspector with a flashlight and tablet checking the garage slab joint of a luxury home for sale while the realtor and buyers watchThe inspector showing the realtor and buyers a clean report on his tablet at the kitchen island

Buying or selling?

Termite (WDO) inspections for closing.

Every crawl space, garage and attic checked, with the buyers and the realtor welcome to watch.

Real estate · the result

The report, the same day.

The official state form, sent to the realtor and the lender so the closing stays on time.

A commercial restaurant kitchen cut open to show roaches behind the equipment line while a technician inspects with a flashlight

Commercial

Inspection-ready, every visit.

Restaurants, food plants, offices and HOAs. After-hours service and a logbook the health inspector can read.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is it safe for my kids and pets?

We treat outside first. Inside we only use targeted baits in cracks and crevices, never sprays on counters, beds or toys. Every tech is licensed.

Will I be locked into a contract?

No long contract. Plans are month to month, and re-service between visits is free.

Do I need to be home?

Not for outside services. We text before we arrive and after we leave.

What if the bugs come back?

If they come back between visits, so do we, at no charge.

Can I just do it myself?

Store sprays kill the bugs you see. Baits, sealing and termite protection deal with the colony and the way in.

Tenting means leaving for days?

Usually two to three nights. The air is tested clear before anyone goes back in.
