NextLevel Web Design is a web design business in Florida. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive what you type: your name, company name, industry, phone number, email address, current website, the towns you serve and your message.

Customers who complete our interview after buying: the answers are saved in your own browser as you go, so you can stop and come back. They are sent to us only when you press send.

When you chat with Ashley, our AI assistant, the conversation is recorded so we can reply to you and improve our answers.

Like most websites, our hosting company keeps standard server records, such as the date and time of a visit and the address of the device that visited.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare your quote, reply to you and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your information.

Who else handles it

Our hosting company stores this website and the messages it receives.

If you become a client, the outside services named on your written quote handle the information needed for that service.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, we use it only to reply about your request. Text messaging requires carrier approval. We file it for you, but the timing isn't up to us.

Your choices

You can ask us by email to see, correct or delete the information you sent us.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
