About these terms

These terms cover the use of this website and the services NextLevel Web Design provides. Each project also has a written quote, and the written quote controls if the two differ.

Prices and quotes

Our menu prices are listed. Custom items get a written quote before work starts.

Each separate website is priced separately. Ashley is charged per location.

Quoted work starts only after we confirm your software allows it. If it doesn't, you aren't charged for that item.

Outside software and services named on your quote are paid for by you.

Payments

Pay 50% to begin and 50% when your site goes live, unless your written quote says otherwise.

Website Care

Website Care is $100 a month. It includes 30 minutes a month of small edits and speed tune-ups. After that, time is billed by the exact minute at $125 an hour. A small edit is a price, phone number, hours, photo or a few lines of text. New pages and scenes use menu prices. Speed tune-ups are part of Website Care. Big new work you add later is quoted separately.

Your content

We give you the rights we have in the artwork we make for you.

Your content and your domain are yours. If you decide to leave, you get a copy of your website.

Search results

We do not promise rankings or any position in search results or AI tools.

Ashley

Ashley is an AI assistant. She answers from your information and says so when she doesn't know. She takes the customer's details and requested time for your office to confirm. Conversations are recorded.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
